King me. A Legendarry skin for GP.

Gangplank is so Legendarrrry among kings that he needs a Legendarry King skin. When he backs gold coins shower him. And all of his gear should be Pirated. IE he should be wearing Queen Ashe's crown, one of Lucian's Gun, Garren's sword, and Lee's pants he wouldn't even notice.

Edit: The sword should be BotRK, not Garen's.
