If you know programing , maybe you can help us

Now if you go on LoLNexus , it doesnt show anymore if somebody is premade for some time , the only site that let you know if somebody is premade is eune.op.gg,but its not direct , you gotta go on that guy on the game , and it does show you with who he played , and if that person that played with him is in the game with you ,its clearly premade ,i tried to do a program in a batch file with some if statements , but you need something to detect the information on the site ,but i dont know how to do that or something similar , and this kinda of idea will be very usefull , to know how to play ,like if the mid is premade with the jungle and youre mid ,its most likely he will camp mid ,so if someone knows some programing and can help me out ,thx
