(Item Concept) Hextech Static-Jump Cloak
I have decided to create something other than champion concept. I was thinking what is current problem in game and came up with this item. Hope you like it.
Edit: Item is no longer hextech item, since it is not build from hextech revolver.
** Static-Jump Cloak **
45% Attack speed 25% crit chance +10% Movement speed
Unique Active: Static jump: Upon activation, you are teleported by 300 units away from last enemy champion that dealt damage to you. Triggering static jump grants Energized Weapon. (80 second cooldown).
Note. That enemy champion would have some mark that he is one to teleport away from.
Unigue Passive: Energized Weapon: Your next basic attack within 3 seconds deals bonus 40 - 110 (Based on level) bonus magic damage on hit and slows enemy by 30% for 1 seconds.

Creator's Note
I have tried to design an ADC item that could save him againts current one shot meta that would not be too powerful. I think that that item would provide some protection against characters like Zed, Kha and others assasins and divers, however could be counterplayed by clever positioning by said characters.
Crit items changes are taken into account.
