(Item Concept) Hextech Static-Jump Cloak

I have decided to create something other than champion concept. I was thinking what is current problem in game and came up with this item. Hope you like it.

Edit: Item is no longer hextech item, since it is not build from hextech revolver.


** Static-Jump Cloak **

45% Attack speed 25% crit chance +10% Movement speed

Unique Active: Static jump: Upon activation, you are teleported by 300 units away from last enemy champion that dealt damage to you. Triggering static jump grants Energized Weapon. (80 second cooldown).

Note. That enemy champion would have some mark that he is one to teleport away from.

Unigue Passive: Energized Weapon: Your next basic attack within 3 seconds deals bonus 40 - 110 (Based on level) bonus magic damage on hit and slows enemy by 30% for 1 seconds.


Build Path

item 1042 + item 3086 + item 2419 + 300 gold = 1300 + 650 + 300 + 550 = 2800 gold


Creator's Note

I have tried to design an ADC item that could save him againts current one shot meta that would not be too powerful. I think that that item would provide some protection against characters like Zed, Kha and others assasins and divers, however could be counterplayed by clever positioning by said characters.

Crit items changes are taken into account.

The idea is quite cool, but a Hextech item should have the Hextech Revolver in its build path

I think Riot's historic reluctance to add item actives to ADC items is for a reason, generally ADCs have to do a lot more actions than other champions, so adding another button press into their kit is both difficult to perform, and doesn't feel good. It also goes against the ADC playstyle of trying to get solid, consistent DPS, rather than moments of high power and outplay.

The active itself seems like a better Caitlyn E, instant and grants an extra energized proc, which applies a slow (along with any other energized effect you have, like FF or RFC).

The raw stats also seem a little high for the pricetag, 45% attack speed and 25% crit are fine, but getting a full 10% movement speed from one item is very powerful. This would become the must-buy zeal item on non-Runaan's ADCs.

The lack of limitations on this item and it's active also could pose a problem. It could be poached by assassins as an escape tool, or champs like Yi who need some CC in their kit and love to stack attack speed. The 1 second slow is quite powerful. Conversely, the item active could also be made less reliable if you're in a situation where multiple enemies are auto attacking you from multiple directions, and depending on your latency you might go in the completely wrong direction you want.
