New Item Idea: BF Sword/Sheen Hybrid

Quite a few ADC's have both a Sheen item and a BF Sword upgrade. What if there was an item that gave a bunch of AD and a Spellblade effect?

I give to you The Librarian's Sabre. Built from Sheen, BF Sword, and Serrated Dirk, plus a pinch of Nasus. In short, it's everything an ADC needs in a first item.

Librarian's Sabre +250 Mana +10% CDR +75 AD UNIQUE – SPELLBLADE: After using an ability, your next basic attack (on-hit) deals 150% attack damage as bonus physical damage. (1.5 second cooldown) UNIQUE: +15 armor penetration UNIQUE: Upon killing a unit, you permanently gain 1 AD. If you kill a large minion or monster, you gain 2 AD instead. If you kill an enemy champion, Rift Herald, or a basic dragon, you gain 3 AD instead. If you kill Baron Nashor or an Elder Dragon, you gain 5 AD. Limit: 50 stacks.

Item cost: 4000 G Sheen: 1050 G BF Sword: 1300 G Serrated Dirk:1100 G Combine cost: 550 G The final passive might be a little bit overpowered, but not too much. It's only 1-2 stacks on creeps and 3 on harder targets. It's not like you'd do more damage than a well-stacked Nasus, since you're gonna have <200 cs. You're just going to have an incentive to last-hit creeps.

You were great until the infinitely scaling passive that turns every ADC into Nasus and lets them build super tanky since this is literally all the AD they'll ever need. Should've stopped while you were ahead. ADCs are ALWAYS going to farm no matter what stage of the game they're in (source: am an ADC main), meaning every creep wave is 6-7 AD and AP for them. After 3 waves, you've not only earned enough money for a Long Sword, you've also surpassed its AD value. You end up with an incredibly game-distorting effect there where the first ADC to buy this wins the game by virtue of being able to stack it crazy high off the other guy's minions, then killing the other guy's team, then killing dragon and jungle monsters...

Seriously. Little bit overpowered is a massive understatement.

1 AD and 1 AP. Extremely unhealthy to put permanently scaling items into League. Was fine until the passive. A 4000g gold item is pretty crazy to implement since the most expensive one is Triforce at 3733.

So every autoattack is Veigar ult that can crit? Loved it until that passive. What if the AD scaling on the Spellblade passive scaled with crit, like Caitlyn's passive, to differentiate it from Triforce?

I have to agree with the other comments, Its a pretty cool item and it fills a good hole. But the last passive is pretty unhealthy. Remove/change the passive and lower the price a tad and its amazing and needs up votes so maybe Riot will make an item similar to this someday.

item 1038 + item 3057 on the same item scares me in that AD casters could abuse it too well and it would be core on them in any form a completed item takes. As yourself what if Ezreal, Lucian, MissFortune, or Ezreal got an item like that.

Also, no on the passive.

Added a good balance: a maximum for the stacks. The reason this is so expensive is because it's so powerful. You get a bunch of AD, some CDR, armor pen, mana, and a Sheen effect.
