[Champion Concept] Silas, The Forgotten Guardian

Role: Assassin Jungler
Physical Description: Silas is a Satyr (half-goat men in Greek mythology). Imagine him with some furry goat legs and throw on some horns and you’ve got a Satyr. You could also make a character thats more masculine with a goatee, but I feel like the childish look fits with someone that comes from the Glade a bit more.
Background: I think its really easy to staple a “forest protector” concept onto a character based on a Satyr and call it a day, but I really want to try something different. I feel like Silas was a protector of the Glade, and was meant to protect the Glade in the event someone would try to cause harm to it or its inhabitants. Silas, however, is smart. He knows what is going on in the world and the fighting that occurs; finally he said enough is enough and left the Glade with the ambition of ending the fighting. Again though, he’s smart. Silas knows he won’t accomplish any kind of peace without knowing more of whats outside of the Glade, which is why he went to the League to learn more. Along with him is a fae companion like Pix, her name is Nell. She dedicated herself to assisting the guardian and left with him as his loyal ally.
Personality: Unlike Lulu who’s defining features are purely whimsical, Silas is more of a grounded dreamer, still has childish ideals but understands that that isn’t how the rest of the world works. He might say things like “They should just have fun, like us.” “Why do you think they always fight?” “Let’s just take a nap instead.” “I have to fight huh? I’d rather watch the clouds fly by.”
Passive: Forest Flute: Silas’ auto attacks hit enemies in an area around him in melee range. (Note: his auto-attack speed is lower than most champions, similar to Jinx’s rocket launcher) Fae Syphon: When Silas damages enemies that Nell is linked to, he restores his mana by 3%/ 4%/ 5% (at levels 1/ 11/ 16 respectively)
Q: Alluring Dust Small AoE that hits 1 second after the cast. Enemies in the AoE are damaged and are forced to walk towards the center of the AoE for 1 second. If an enemy is hit in the center of the AoE, Nell will link herself to them, reducing their damage. Magic Damage: 95/ 110/ 125/ 140/ 155 (+65% AP) Damage Reduction: 18% for 3.5 seconds Cooldown: 15/ 14/ 13/ 12/ 11 seconds Mana Cost: 55/ 65/ 75/ 85/ 95
W: Ruinous Requiem Silas begins to play a magical tune on his flute. He gains a move speed boost, auto attack range boost, and applies additional magic damage on basic attacks. Move Speed Boost: 50% for 3 seconds Auto Attack Range: Increases to 300 for 3 seconds Magic Damage: 35/ 45/ 55/ 65/ 75 (+30% AP) Cooldown: 9 seconds Mana Cost: 60/ 70/ 80/ 90/ 100
E: Force of Nature/Glade Curse Nell fires forward in a skill shot, linking herself to the first ally champion, enemy champion or neutral monster she hits. Allies receive if a move speed boost; if they attack a target in that duration, that target will be stunned and the move speed boost will be removed. If Nell hits an enemy, allies that attack that enemy will receive a diminishing heal. Ally move speed boost: 50%/ 55%/ 60%/ 65%/ 70% for 2 seconds Stun Duration: 1 second Heal on damaging enemy: 10/ 20/ 20/ 40/ 50 (+3% missing health) (Each consecutive attack reduces the heal amount by 15% to a minimum of 40% of the heal received) this effect lasts for 3 seconds Cooldown: 10 seconds Mana Cost: 60/ 70/ 80/ 90/ 100
R: Shroud of Glamour Nell uses all her magic to transform into a Glamour for Silas, making him appear like a targeted ally Champion; his health and resource bar will also appear like that of the targeted ally at the time of the cast. During this time he cannot cast his other abilities. When attacked or if this ability is recast, Nell will reappear, dispelling the glamour and slowing all nearby enemies in a large radius. Duration: 15 seconds or either the spell is recast or is attacked by an enemy Champion. Slow: 45%/ 55%/ 65% for 2 seconds Cooldown: 140/ 130/ 120 seconds Mana Cost: 170
All constructive criticism and thoughts on the kit are well appreciated.
. His clear could also be better with a lower E cooldown, maybe 8-10 seconds instead. I also see him as being a decent support/ top laner with a few item changes.
