I mean, League of Legends is rated for Teens (Ages 13 and up) so it depends on if the parent allows their 12-year-old to play the game. And to be honest, most 12-year-olds these days have probably seen much worst for their age than Morgana.

Morgana's one of the few Champions which i am glad when a new skins pops up ... except few of them like Exiled Morgana, Ghost Bride and Lunar Wraith, those skins are pathetic designed and doesn't match her Succubus/Elfish look
Excuse me have you even seen the splash art of SnowDay Sivir? I actually was super lucky that my parents were out of the room the first time I saw/used that skin a while ago lol
