Anti-Tank Meta Concept (Original Concept :3)
Name: Sicarius (Latin for assassin) Role: Assassin Lanes: Jungle, Top Abilities: Passive-Precise Elimination: Every 5th auto attack Sicarius will deal bonus magic damage to his target equaling up to 10% of their maximum health based on how many times this stacked up (2% each stack and can stack up to 5 times) and reducing health regeneration for 5 seconds. Q-Ruthless Barter: Sicarius will exchange a percent of his health with his target and slowing them for 3 seconds. Health Percent: 10/15/20/25/30 Slow Percent: 5/10/15/20/25 Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 Mana: 50/60/70/80/90 W-Wandering Threat-Passive: Sicarius gains movement speed and armor if out of combat for 15 seconds. Movement Speed: 50/60/70/80/90 Armor: 30/40/50/60/70 E-Saboteur: Sicarius replaces target's health regeneration with poison for 5 seconds scaling with 10% of the target's maximum health and 20% of Sicarius' attack damage. Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 Mana: 40/50/60/70/80 R-Fate's End: Sicarius dashes to a target, being untargetable for 1.5 seconds and dealing true damage based on a large percentage of their maximum health and Sicarius' attack damage. Maximum Health and Attack Damage Percentage: 40/50/60 Cooldown: 100/90/80 Mana: 120/140/160 Pros: Anti-Tank, High Burst, Difficult Outplay and Easy to pick up.
