Custom skins and maps.

I was wondering if Riot would ever move to something like this: http://mapskins.com/wooxy/. The problem is that Riot employees have a lot more experience than other submitted creations so if they were to make custom maps skins it would look amazing. The maps would probably cost RP since the skins do, or maybe what they can do is have a feature in game to change this.
