I don't think they're gonna revisit old skin themes like Project and Star Guardian anymore since the hypes over

The skin is amazing and it's definitelly worth to be in the game (honestly, better than any other available Riven skin). I'd definitelly buy it, and the guy who made it isn't asking for anything in return, he just gave it away for free for Riot to use it if they want. I don't see what they have to lose adding this skin.

They lose time and manpower to create the skin. There's still the 3D model as well as particles along with voices.

Sure needs a bit of work, but it's definitelly not the same as creating a skin from scratch... And they're sure to make as much money as they'd make even if they made any other new skin. Still a win for them.

It's exactly creating a skin from scratch. All that person did was apply the skin concept to a champion and that's it.

They have the splashart. They have the design for the 3D model. How is it like creating a skin from scratch...

Because Riot's not gonna use those. They can, but they won't, when has Rito ever copied a player base creation and released it how it is? There's always touchups and massive changes.

You already have Arcade, Dragonblade, Battle Bunny, and Championship...

Meanwhile Twitch doesn't own one skin that changes particle effects.

Well I do like Dragonblade, but guess what. I can't get it.
