My idea is a sort of samurai tank/high dps champ. one of the important things the champ has to revolve around is that she has to only be tanky or only do dmg. so like low base dmg on skills but high scaling and low hp stuff. but her first 3 skills could be based around dmg or cc ideas those i dont have ideas for. but her ultimate should be a skill where for a limited time she blocks all abilities and dmg in a cone in front of her. no dmg no effects are applyed. and her passive is unique. it should be increased movement speed when not running toward an enemy champ and increased movement scaling to make her very fast. these are just ideas i came up with. but i think it could be a very very cool champion.

Okay i'll give this a try.

So she's like the daughter of a legendary Swordsman, how passes away and leaves her, his only next of kin, his "God Blade" Many of his enemies and those interested in the blade for malicious reasons, like selling it etc seek the "God Blade" She is a pacifist by nature, and never learned to fight like her father, but is forced to wield the blade to defend and protect both herself and the blade. She is a young woman, similar to Lux or Talie (i assume), she stands awkwardly, grasping the sheathed blade like a toy or fragile object, close to her heart. She can't get rid of the blade, as it return to her no matter how far she throws it. she cannot give it to another person, as only she is able to carry it. She must fullfill her fathers wish and become a stronger person, only then can the blade move on. Thus forcing her into the summoners rift. (another story of great power, great resposibility. Finding courage and strength when you have no choice but to fight)

Heiwa (Passive in japanes based on google translate XD), the wielder of the "God Blade"

Pacifist Fighter(Passive): Heiwa gains increased movement speed when moving in the OPPOSITE direction of her enemies. The more champions in range the faster she moves. 2.5% increased movement speed per champion in ranged

Her basic attacks look like she hitting her enemies with the flat side of the Sheathe.

*Like Garen she doesn't have a secondary bar and is limited by cooldwowns.

Stay back! (Q): Heiwa gathers her strength and swings the sheathe in an arc infront of her, knocking back enemies a short distance. Heiwa swings the sheathe infront of her, knocking back enemies. Unsheathed: Now blocks incoming projectiles. (instant cast, so it does stay in place like yashuo's wall, more like jax's dodge/block in a small arc)

Bonk! (W) Heiwa raise's the Sheathed weapon above her head and then she bonks the enemy on the head. Heiwa raise's the Sheathed weapon for 3 seconds, her next basic attack stuns the target for 2 seconds. (she can still walk around like this) unsheathed: Does increased damage on hit and creates a win blade that can strike multiple enemies behind the target.

CATCH! (E): Heiwa throws the blade to a location where the blade will hover for a few seconds before returning back to Heiwa. Heiwa throws the blade to a target location, it will hover there for 3 seconds, allied champions can activate it to follow it back to heiwa. Enemy champions take damage both during launch and return. Unsheathed: Heiwa throws the Blade to a target enemy champion, the blade homes in and pierces the target, then she can then pull them target toward her.

Father's Spirit(R): Heiwa father's spirit take control. allowing Heiwa to sheathe/ unsheathe The "God Blade". NEWPassive: (replaces her old one)Heiwa and her father spirit are one , Gaining additional stats to become a better fighter. sheathe/unsheathe(Toggle): Heiwa can choose to sheathe/unsheathe the "God Blade", Her abilities have different effects when Unsheathed. (considering if keeping it as toggle instead of an activate would be inbalanced since she looses her old passive instead have another one)

I changed the ultimate, i thought having be able to sheathe and unsheath would be a cooler mechanic for the ultimate and after getting her R it follows the theme of being her being tanky, to survive and support, or build damage and play unsheathed.
