Shen Rework

Due to recent speculation about an Ionia event and the Shen rework. I decided to post my speculation of Shen's rework. I am not going to add numbers though mainly because it is just an idea I want to share.

Passive (Twilight Blade): Shen's auto-attacks deals bonus damage based off his current health. When Shen is under 50% health he does damage based off his missing health.

First Ability (Vorpal knife): Shen throws a knife dealing damage and marking then. While they are marked, if Shen or an ally deals damage they will steal health from the target.

Second ability (Feint): Shen shields himself and his next basic attack will make his target reset his auto-attack timer.

So this is my rework. Like I said before there are no numbers. Feel free to put in what you want, I accept any feedback just don't be very rude about it.
