Legendary Sion Skin Idea (Rito Artists I Need Your Help)

After randomly deciding to change my summoner name (and playing sion for the first time as a result who is AMAZING) i realized we need the following skin for Sion.

The Sionce Guy.

Visual: Wearing a white lab coat (with a few blood stains), safety goggles (one eye cracked), holding a giant test tube for a weapon (made out of some inexplicably indestructible hextech plastic.)

His Q would cause some green chemicals to bubble up over the damage AoE when it knocks up the enemy.

The W Shield would be a spinning atom.

The E would leave a blue chemical fire trail

And for the ultimate he would scream SCIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENCE! It;d be awesome if after a second of completely that phrase, while he is still running he said "Bill Bill Bill Bill Bill Bill Bill!" in unison with his steps, or make the "bill" repetition his joke and make the audio doesn't stop until he moves (akin to jinx laugh).
