PROJECT Event include PROJECT: Yasuo?

So I noticed the event regarding the portrait border and later on the skin sale mention the new PROJECT skins but what about PROJECT: Yasuo? Would he be getting a portrait or a discount?

A portrait extra border or skin sale? No idea. They would have posted that he or his skin would be going on sale. But alas it doesn't seem like it.

He IS included in getting PROJECT SYNC// rewards though. Can confirm from personal experience that PROJECT: Yasuo does get PROJECT SYNC// points. (in game match only cool stuff) Two to be exact because it is a skin and skins count as 2 PROJECT SYNC// points while the upcoming ward will count as one point.
