Lyte, I didn't deserve this mystery gift (I was chat banned before in 2014)

Lyte,

As the title mentions, I was chat banned sometime in 2014. I don't recall exactly when it may have been in the summer. This was in Dominion, the map I primarily play. I do not know if the checks done included outside of Summoner's Rift or not. I bring this up because when I went on I was surprised this had happened when I clearly didn't deserve it because of the chat restriction I obtained sometime in 2014. I always feel bad whenever I screw up by opening my mouth after the match is over (normally telling them to listen to pings, paying attention etc, not cursing insults) and seeing the mystery gift made me feel more guilty. I think I may have gotten that IP boost as well last time but I don't remember the criteria that was for since I was playing on and off around that time I think.

I hope this post can give some way to look into what holes may have been in when checking who has chat restrictions and such in other maps than SR. If you want to take the skin away you may feel free to since I didn't deserve it (not that I didn't like it because its a nice skin but was more of a not deserved thing for my chat ban in the past in 2014).
