No new game mode?

So Halloween just passed, how is it that we didnt get any new game mode? Rotation mode has been locked and etc...Do we have to wait until Christmas until we get a new game mode? I dont really care about skins i just want some new activities. Give us some URF or something.

I can tell you that Nexus Blitz is coming back in Season 9, not sure when though.
