Swain is weak.

Look man, ill be straight up with you, but Swain feels so weeeaaaakkk. and is too. Dont get me wrong, i absolutely love the new Swain, and i hope you dont revert him. His kit is fantastic i love his abilities and how he changes the lore. But..He is so weak, ive been playing him quite a lot lately, and i must say he hardly does anything. He does decent damage every now and then. His Q is just so weak, i feel like the only use for it is to use it to last hit, and his W, well his W just takes a long time to land but i think thats the point of it to get a E. W Q combo on it and get souls out of it. His e, is just pathetic, it really feels like im hitting a wall whenever i use it. His ult is just absolute badass but its really weak, i get it, it suppose to absorb health and do damage over time, but the heals are so weak that xin zhaos passsive heals more then his entire ult duration. I get it, he is suppose to be a ap tank, but its kinda pointless for him to be a tank since lethality is a thing. So please, buff Swain.

Swain isn't weak, just not cruise control easy.

The Q is a shotgun. If you get point-blank with a good chunk of AP, it hurts, and its low cooldown means its spammable.

His E is crazy strong, what are you doing with it? You use it to catch enemies and proc your passive for easy trades and Q shotguns. If they stand too close to their minions, you can catch them in the AoE even if they avoid the skillshot.

His W is a zoning and scouting tool, not just for combos. You use it instead of facechecking a bush, to check dragon/baron, to delay their recall, pressure them off of CS, or to catch them when they're running away.

The ult is for teamfights and when you get ganked. The more targets you have in range, the better the healing gets and the faster you get to activate the explosion.

Swain is a great pick against midlane assassins, top as a tank, or even as an APC in the botlane.

Old Swain wa stronger, but new Swain feels more defensively solid
