Just an idea i thought would be funny. Brand would be dressed as a fireman and his abilities would be water based.
Passive- Makes the enemy look like they're dripping water? not sure on this one Q- A shot of water W- Pillar of water E- Could be a splash of water? R- Ball of water that bounces and splashes between enemies

Or he could slide down a pole like they have at the firehouses...i think...i'm not sure if those are real or for show lol.
