Creating a League account that has smurf slots?

For people who have smurf accounts, some of the annoying things are not being able to use skins, playing with people who don't know what they are doing, and the time it takes to get to level 30.

So i was thinking what if Riot made it so that when you created your account, you started with your main {character slot? not sure what to call it.]. Then **after reaching level 30 **on that main one, you can make another "character slot".

  • Up to 3 total slots including your main.

  • These slots would have different names / levels / ranks / IP/ mastery & rune pages. The only things shared between slots would be RP and cosmetic stuff such as** skins.**

  • If you want to have additional "character slots" you could **purchase them with RP. **

  • Also, it would be nice if the extra slots **leveled up faster. **

Another idea is to have the smurfs on accounts be matched with other peoples smurfs. So if you were playing on a second or third "character slot" then you would be put with other people who are doing the same.

This would help_ (a little)_ with smurfs just being thrown in with new players. For people who are new to league, it can be discouraging to play against smurfs. It also isn't fun for (SOME) smurfs who just want to level up a second account but don't want to deal with unskilled players.

Now i'm not saying this would get rid of all of the smurfs playing with new people because honestly if someone wants to do it to troll then they can just make a new account. However, i definitely think it would help some.

I think this would be awesome. The idea comes from the similar setup of most MMOs. I don't think riot would lose money doing this because i'm not sure how many people actually buy more than 1 or 2 skins on their smurfs anyways.

Rito pls, this is an option for your known plague of experienced players going against new people. Its about the equivalent of bronze/silver vs. Diamond/masters.. its not fair to them. This solution will place smurfs against other smurfs primarily. Pls consider

I like this system as well. I've seen posts about new players being harassed by the lower elo "smurfs" in which the smurfs will call them feeders/trolls because they simply haven't picked up the game fundamentals yet. It would be nice to separate these people, although I feel like some people would still rather not use this because some people make smurfs to just dumpster lower level people and queuing with other smurfs makes that harder.

I also love some smurfs, like how streamers like Trick2g and Dyrus created new accounts to teach the basics to players. (IMO these should be recorded and maybe used as tutorial videos)

Why do people even need or want smurfs? I've been playing league for over four years and never felt the need to make a second account.

Yeah you could make LoL clicker heroes and have your accounts level up faster and faster until you are making like 30 accounts a day*[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]* No offence though it looks like a good idea
