[CRASH} Champ select freezes in ranked / normals

When in Champ Select, the client will sometimes freeze out of no where. You are unable to click on anything and in Task Manager it's listed at "Not Responding". Almost always when it happens i've already picked a champ or even just pressed the lock in button. In this case i would have to estimate how much time is left in champ select then close my client and re-open it to then reconnect to the game. It's annoying but i've been able to manage through it. However, i just had an unfortunate experience in which i hadn't yet picked my champion when this bug occurred. It was also a ranked queue. Because of this i was unable to select a champion and it counted as if i had dodge the ranked queue. I lost lp for "dodging" and was slapped with a wait penalty. This bug is frustrating because i feel like i'm being punished for something that's completely outta my control. I've had friends say it happens to them too. I've also seen it happen to others in champ select. It shows up in chat as "----- has left the room". Then when it gets to them, their timer just runs out. This bug started happening awhile ago and i feel like it happens more frequently now. Same for the bug where you click on the hextech crafting tab and crashing the client. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you.
