yea, sry but riot just gives people a skin who win worlds. If there will be not a bold draven main in a worlds winner team that will likly not happen. ALso nothing realy special happened with t1 for riot considering him to give a skin. Also he is only known in the west, people in asia don't even know him.

I had a simpler idea for league personalities to leak into the game. I think emotes would be a perfect fit.
