I think the biggest issue with low level ranked play is most don't acknowledge the strength of teamplay and everyone is basically soloQing the match hoping to win. Watch the coordination and teamwork of high ELO teams! Have a great day guys :)

The most you can do is manipulate allied movements or play off their movements. Actual coordination is near impossible.
Almost every good splitpusher is well aware of this and gauge their splits based on their teammates actions, as a split isn't just a one man effort but actually requires objective pressure from the other 4 members for it to work. It's not like every game everyone just plays to the strategy, no, the splitter has to actively determine if his team is actually being useful as they split to see if they should continue.
