Useless Champion Shards Gifting

Riot really should make a way for people to gift their champion shards to their friends, because I own everybody, and have almost 30 different champion shards and I can't use them. I know plenty of friends that play and don't own every champ, and it would make it so much easier for them, and myself if I could just give the shards to them, since I have literally no use for them at all.
