Role: Roroth is a MELEE marksman(yes melee), i know marksmen are ranged but Roroth is different. Roroth trades a safe/easy laning phase for a strong mid game to become what I call a "tank shredder" late game due to his immense amount of armor penetration and reduction. His Q will provide just enough shots to safely last hit from afar. Some people may feel that his ult is out of place, but it is one of his only sources of CC and is his tool for kiting melee enemies, in 2v2 bot lane skirmishes it will mostly serve as bonus damage.

Passive:item 3146 .50 Excalibur: Roroth's gunblade .50 Excalibur gives him 15% bonus armor penetration. On his abilities and basic attacks.

Q:item 3145 Reload: Roroth begins using his gunblade as a ranged weapon for 5 seconds making his next 6 basic attacks ranged and have a 10%/15%/20%/25%/35% bonus critical chance(only while Q is active). Range: 550 Cost: 0 at all levels Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5

W:item 3145 Armor Piercing Round: Roroth fires his gunblade in a straight line dealing 70/80/90/100/110(+80% Attack Damage) physical damage to all targets in it's path, and reduces their armor by 40/50/60/70/80% for 4.5 seconds. Range: 850 Cost: 45/55/65/75/85 Cooldown: 9/8.5/8/7.5/7

E:item 3151 Trash Talk: Roroth insults the target enemy forcing them to attack him for 1.5 seconds, Roroth gains 15/25/35/45/55 bonus armor and magic resist that persist for 6 seconds afterwards. Range: 500 Cost: 75 at all levels Cooldown: 15/14.5/14/13.5/13

R:item 3005 Impale: Roroth dashes forward at a high speed stabbing through the first enemy he comes into contact with dealing 150/275/400(+60% attack damage) physical damage, he then fires his gun blade knocking the enemy back 500 units dealing 80/120/160(+200% attack damage) to them and any enemies he passes through take 45% of that damage as well as are knocked out of the way. Range: 425 Cost: 100 at all levels Cooldown: 103/98/95 Note: This is a dash in a straight line, NOT a dash to target enemy.

Build: item 3006 item 3035 item 3072 item 3031 item 3071 item 3142

Counters Vayne : Roroth's abilities allow him to outrange and poke Vayne and his ult can help put some distance between them if she gets close Graves : Roroth's armor shred makes Grave's passive basically useless giving him a better chance of winning trades Braum : Though Braum's E can save his ADC from a fatal E from Roroth, Braums E's effectiveness will drop if Roroth fights in melee, the bonus armor from Braum's W also becomes ineffective against Roroth's armor shred Countered By Caitlyn : Caitlyn outranges Roroth even while he has his Q active, making a difficult lane a nightmare DrMundo : Since Mundo is more of a health based tank armor shred is less of a problem for him Jax : Due to Roroth's marksman nature he is very AA reliant, making him insta-countered by Jax

Appearance: Roroth is African-American with a short mohawk, wears black pants and wears a belt hung to the side. Wears an unzipped grey jacket, a silver necklace, and under wears a white shirt. Carries his gunblade with one hand, and has it slung over his shoulder and puts his other hand in his jacket pocket.

Lore: Roroth doesn't have a tragic backstory to tell, he was born in Bilgewater and his family stayed out of trouble. As Roroth grew he felt he was missing something in his life he had a certain... boredom. Then he got into bounty hunting it had every thing he needed: money, excitement, and more money. During his hunting he came across a special blade, half gun, half blade called .50 Excalibur he offered the owner cash, and when he refused, took it. With this new gunblade at his disposal he felt he could capture any bounty the world offered him, and training was time that could be spend making money. Roroth took on job after job and began to develop a charismatic personality that loved to joke with his bounties during their battles. As his fame grew and his bounties got larger so did his skills and appetite for larger jobs. Untill one day he had an idea, join the Institute of War to advertise himself as a bounty hunter. Surely after they saw him on the fields of justice they would have no doubt that he could handle the most high tier bounties in all of Valoren.

During his time in the league he caught word of the greatest bounty of all. An outlaw named Graves that originated from his home town, Bilgewater. Roroth looked further into this bounty as the reward was far too good to pass up. As he learned about Graves he felt that if the bounty on his head wasn't so high, they would actually get along.

To Graves: "Nice gun, but mine's better." To Rengar: "...wait you hunt people for free?... HA good luck with that." To Nasus: "Sup dawg..." To Yasuo: "hmm i think I've seen your face on a few wanted posters.... how convenient." To Aatrox: "Do you smell tha-... nevemind." To Khazix: "oh how cute a little lady bug..." To MissFortune: "I gotta say you're pretty good, ever consider a partnership?" Quote: ''Hey buddy toss some cash my way and I'll give you till' I finish counting it to run. Deal?'' -Roroth

Not bad. I like his lore and personality but i don't like few of his abilities and passive. I like his q, going to melee and ranged. This offers some counter-plays when his q is in cooldown and the crit chance seems to something to be feared when he has it on. The part I don't like on his q, it's has no time duration. For a short cooldown, it should have a short time duration to open some counter-plays. Maybe have 3-5sec duration while q is active. Another complain with his q is the range, it's huge. It's almost to caitlyn's range 650 and suppress ashe's range 600. This is too much zoning combine with crit chance will make it impossble to trade without take some free damage. Maybe make it 500-550, this way it match most adc's range. His r seem to be his big offensive/engage/disengage tool, no real criticize complain expect for his cooldown and mana cost. His ult mana cost seem too short for 75 mana. Make it 100 because by lvl 6, your mana should be 400 and losing 100 mana will cost 1/4 of your mana, making it fair. His cooldown seems long in late game, make it 100/90/80 to make appear more often. I think those abilities are his identification should not change at all. The part I don't like in his kit is his passive,w and e. His passive is just raw stats to his already raw power in his q with crit chance. Maybe his passive should offer more in utility that helps shred tanks rather than in stats. This is a suggestion but everytime he dealt crit strike to his enemy, he inflicts true damage of his target based on his bonus ad. His w, again it's just raw stats. His w is good expect for his armor reduction. His e seems really off in his kit. it's like caitlyn ult ver 2.0. It's raw stats + insane range + insane ad scaling. This need to be placed with something that can help his kit pre-6 and works well with his ult. Overall, this seems like an interesting idea that can be expanded into something more. Just focus on utility rather than raw stats and this can be good.

This seems like a very interesting idea... However, there are a few odd things that I would advise changing. (Note that I'm not getting into the damage for anything because idk how to balance that.)

I'm neutral about his passive. It isn't insanely interesting, but it cements him further into his role.

I like his Q. I agree with Zekekioshima that it should have a (short) duration, though, because that creates the counterplay of running while it's up and poking hard while it's down. However, I feel like the level bonuses should be standardized (each lvl gives 10% crit chanceand .5 sec CD except the last one, which gives 10% crit chance and .6 CD). I'm pretty sure all abilities (not counting some passives) give the same bonus each level (except MF's ult, for some reason). Additionally, I feel like it should have a slightly higher cooldown, but that might just be me.

I'm... more or less neutral about his W. It provides good poke and armor reduction, which is very useful, but it doesn't seem so great in a teamfight. Also, his Q already provides poke, but I can understand why he could use more.

I dislike his E. I honestly don't see the point of it. For Caitlyn, it was great for picking off targets every now and then. That seems to be the only use for him, too, but he doesn't exactly need it often at all while laning, it's REALLY easy to block, and it just doesn't fit with him at all.

I'm neutral about his ult. I don't entirely understand how it would work, and I feel like I could have a much stronger opinion about it if I knew more about it. I don't see the point of the wonky cooldown, though (especially since level 1 to 2 gives more than 2 to 3). I don't feel like 8 seconds will make much of a difference, and the cooldown seems overall too high (especially since as far as I can tell, he would use it every fight).

He's a melee carry, and can only fire 6 shots at a range. His defense rating is pretty much as low as it can go. He has no way to survive going into melee. I feel like you should replace his E with one that would help protect him as he launches into the fray so he doesn't instantly get melted.

TL;DR: Standardize (for lack of a better work) level benefits for Q (and R), replace E with something more useful (preferably to give him some survivability in a teamfight), explain his ult more thoroughly.
