Hydra's Lake Map Concept with funny illustration

I've had this idea for a map in my head for a while now and decided to attampt(and fail at) drawing it. Give me feedback below

How to win:

  • Kill three of the Hydras heads

Things to know:

  • Turrets are always invincible
  • Three players per team
  • Minion waves are identical to SR

Hydra Stats: Health: 4000 Attack Damage: 130 Attack Range: 150 Armor: 35 Magic Resist: 35

  • At the start of the match only one Hydra head is present in the central area,
  • after that head is killed two more heads will spawn 4 minutes later,
  • and if both of those heads are killed anda team has not won yet three more heads will spawn another 4 minutes later.
  • Attacking one Hydra head will draw aggro on them all meaning you must use teamwork to keep your tank from being eaten alive.
  • Hydra heads can move a slight distance from their spawn point in the center of the pit but not far.

Strategies:

  • Full team smite or at least 2 smite would be very helpful on this map.
  • One top, one bot, and one jungle would be a good strategy.
  • Warding the Hydra pit would keep the opposing team from sneakily scoring a kill on one or more of the Hydra heads.
  • Because the top of the Hydra pit is sealed ambushing teams while they are attempting to score a kill on a head will put them in a tight spot.
  • Champions with leaps or dashes are invaluable on this map as they can get in or out of the Hydra pit undetected.

Illustration Key:

  • Red dots are Neutral Camps -Purple/blue dots are minions
  • In the center is the magnificently drawn Hydra :/(feel free to laugh lol)

TL;DR: Its an infinite baron fight with a bit of CS-ing in between. Please give Feedback below! :)

I feel like this would be better suited to having 2 "target monsters", one that is allied with each team. This opens up strategic options, allowing you to choose different strategies to go about winning. For example, you could have 2 person with great area denial abilities camp your monster, while the other 1, being a naturally fast clearing Jungler champion like Yi, take the opportunity to race in and fast clear the other team's monster while they siege yours. Or you could go with a more traditional team comp, having a super tanky guy, a magic damage dealer, and a physical damage dealer, as a more well rounded team setup.

Besides which, having both teams fighting over the same monster can create some weird scenarios. As a specific mechanical example, one team has Shen, and he uses his Q on the Hydra. Now, the enemy team is healing off of their hits on the Hydra. Another is what I'm going to call "clean-up Teemo". He sits there invisible in Smite range of the Hydra, while your team attempts to kill it. Then, when it's low enough, he Smites it, steals it, and runs away with his W spamming /l.

How to win: Kill all of Hydras heads (for every head you slay, two will arise)

Good luck
