(New Champion) Weelo the Visitor
Weelo is an alien from another planet that crash landed after his spacecraft malfunctioned.
Weelo is a support/assassin.
Passive- Weelo can burrow inside allied champions taking 10% of all their incoming damage as true damage. When burrowed inside allies Weelo becomes untargetable and invisible. Weelo has a meter for how long he can stay burrowed it goes down when not burrowed and up when burrowed. If this meter fills completely then Weelo leaves and can't burrow again until the meter completely depletes. Meter size goes up with level. Weelo can't auto when burrowed.
Q- Laser Drill- Weelo dashes (this unburrows) Fearing and slowing the first enemy champion hit and deals damage to all enemies hit. If an enemy champion was hit with this the cooldown on your E resets.
W- Energy Shield- This shield lasts 3/4/5/6/6 seconds and blocks 66/99/132/165/220 damage. If burrowed ally gets the shield on them. If inside an ally with an energy shield you use Q or E then the closest enemy to the ally that you damaged gets your energy shield applied to them (lasts just as long as on allies). Your shield does not protect enemies and your shield still moved so it is no longer protecting your ally. Enemies that get hit by you or an ally that have your energy shield get hurt for a third of your shields health worth of bonus damage and a third of your shield goes down as well. If your enemy has there shield destroyed then they are stunned for 2 seconds.
E- Blink- Instantly travel to target location. Enemies between you and your target location get hurt and you get healed based on the damage dealt. 1 second is subtracted from your Q's cooldown for each enemy hit. It is possible to blink from inside 1 ally directly into another (enemies naturally can not see this blink).
R- Probed- Single target instant cast spell that stuns target enemy for 5 seconds. You also get a buff during the time an enemy is stunned with this ability. The buff makes your attacks on any stunned targets to pulse on hit healing all allies hit by your pulse by 60%/70%/80% of the damage dealt.
Whether you choose to support or assassin having allies nearby always makes you more dangerous. Although you probably want a good mix of both assassin an support gear.
