Let's talk about Cho'gath's VU.
I think it's time for the Cho'gath fan-base to start tossing around some idea for his VU since last I heard RIOT was still in the concepting stage for it, and it's well overdue with his currently very lackluster model.

This discussion will hopefully be a place were whoever is doing the Cho'gath concepting might look to see some more ideas. I'd also like to give my few ideas to start this out and hopefully all the other Cho'gath fans can throw in their thoughts as well. Cho'gath is fairly simple concept wise in that it's not hard to understand what he is. but there are a few things that need addressing.
The main thing I'm going to talk about is how little sense his ability visuals make and a few small things.

First up is the abilities
- Q -Rupture- I think this ability should stray away from the random void spikes and stay truer to it's name and literally break the ground, similar to how Rek'sai looks when unburrowing. In addition he could pose more like Battle-cast Cho'gath does by forcing one or both (or all 4?) arms into the ground and sending out a shock-wave type of burst, maybe even drawing a line of energy between himself and the point of impact. (This would need to happen right as the explosion happens or it would be a small nerf.)
- W -Feral Scream- Really nothing to change here besides particles.
- E -Vorpal Spikes- This one is weird but solvable by giving Cho'gath some retractable spike racks along his upper shoulders similar to Kha'Zix or battle-cast Cho'gath.
- R -Feast- I would be very awesome if a champion killed with feast would not leave a corpse, much like Fizz's "Yordel eating shark" hidden passive. and instead leave just a bloody smear on the ground were they died.

He needs more VO lines, and while I am not opposed to changing his voice a bit it needs to stay as close as possible to his current feel. They can add a few more predatory noises if they think so but he should have that almost omnipotent way of talking that makes him feel so intimidating.

The changes he gets from feasting should be more then just size based and change his model and animations a bit each time so that a 6 stack Cho'gath looks much more indomitable than a 0 stack one. I believe IronStylus already mentioned something about using this idea.
But this is all just me blathering on and boring you all to death with my thoughts, please leave as many comments as you guys can with your own thoughts so RIOT can have a good idea of what we all think would be cool.
