Cold, Merciless, Relentless & holds no value to a person’s life if they were marked has her “prey” then nothing will stop this woman & her pack of hounds from getting their target. She is the brutal definition of an enforcer…heh no “enforcer” is not the right word, man hunter is more appropriate.

**Appearance: ** . Harlem is a 5’ft tall Caucasian woman with fair white skin, short brownish red hair & deep chocolaty brown eyes. . Harlem wears a short-cut long sleeve jack with a furred tuff collar, has a deep red shirt with a black corset with a fiery rose pattern & a pair of black jeans with boots that have metal soles & tips. Around her neck is a necklace with a slender whistle & around her waist is a long black whip with several metal rings & tip and lastly she carriers a small short gladius sword. . Rugg & all of the other Hounds that Harlem owns are all large grey furred Wolfhounds with a patch of black fur on their chest, they all wear thick leather collars with a metal buckle & studs. On each of Harlem’s Hounds right ear has a small metal ring.

Innate Passive: Attack Whistle. Every 12 seconds Harlem’s next Basic Attack gains 200-Range, after damaging her next target she will Mark them with a special whistle which summons a Hound to charge at the Marked target then start dealing damage with Bite every 0.5 seconds for 2 seconds. Now Harlem can have multiple Hounds on a single target up to a max of 2 Hounds per target, also all of Harlem’s Hounds will deal 3.5% of Harlem’s current Attack Damage as Physical Damage in the form of their own attack known as Bite.

Q-Ability: Guard Dog. Range: 450. Cool Down: 16/15/14/13/12. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100. **Passive: ** At Harlem’s side is her faithful right-hand Hound Rugg, while Rugg is with Harlem he will grant a flat 30 Armor & grants a 90% Health Regeneration. Whenever Rugg’s currently equipped owner & is getting Auto-Attacked by an enemy Champion or Monster Rugg will Bite the attacker. Now Rugg can only counter-attack 1 attacker it all depends on who attacked Harlem first & is currently within Harlem's attack range. **Activation: ** After Harlem has chosen an allied Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Harlem will give a special command to Rugg to protective the chosen target, for the next 5 seconds Rugg will be equipped to his new owner & will grant his new owner this Abilities Passive effect.

W-Ability: Pin Them Down. Range: 400. Cool Down: 16/15/14/13/12. Cost: 100. Initial Physical Damage: 30/50/70/90/110(+40% bonus AD). **Activation: ** After Harlem has chosen a narrow path with this Ability then upon its activation she will whistle with her hand while pointing in the chosen path, after whistling one of Harlem’s other Hounds will Dash down the path. When the Hound makes contact with an enemy Champion or a Monster it will deal Physical Damage while applying a 1.5 second Stun, while this Hound is pinning the affected target it will Bite the target every 0.5 seconds.

E-Ability: Rabid Bite. Range: 500. Cool Down: 9. Cost: 55/65/75/85/95. Physical Damage: 25/45/65/85/105(+50% bonus AD). Activation: ** After Harlem has chosen a narrow path with this Ability then upon its activation Harlem will have her pull out her whip from around her waist, after the initial activation Harlem will send out her whip down the path. The first enemy that the whip makes contact with will be dealt Physical Damage while also applying a 20% Movement Speed & Bleed for 1.5 seconds. This Ability can also trigger _Attack Whistle**_ but the duration is reduced by 0.5 seconds, when one of Harlem’s Hounds is attacking a target that has been hit by this Ability they will deal double damage & keep Refreshing the duration of this Abilities De-Buff when they keep damaging the Bleed target.

R-Ability: Release the Hounds. Range: Self-Cast. Cool Down: 195/175/155. Cost: 150. Hounds Health: 5/7/9 Bars. Physical Damage: 85/115/145(+50% bonus AD). Activation: ** After Harlem has activated this Ability she will use the special whistle around her neck to call for all of her Hounds to be brought to the Map, for every enemy Champion that is within 2100-Range of Harlem when she activates this Ability she will summon 1 Hound per enemy Champion. Each enemy Champion within this Radius will be given a Hound which will have their own HP Bars & will Bite their chosen target every 0.75 seconds, every 3rd Bite that these Hounds** makes will deal Physical Damage & restore 2 HP Bars. These special types of Hounds will only remain on the Map until their HP has been depleted or until 12 seconds have pass once they have made contact with their own affiliated target. Now if these Hounds managed to Kill their intended target they will return back to Harlem with prof of their Kill, each Kill that Harlem receives from her Hounds will Heal her by 5% of her Missing Health & 10 Gold.

I like her theme and the concept has potential

Don't know how balanced the numbers and her kit are.

No disrespect, but she has some thematic similarities with my own Champion concept I made a few days ago, "Jarla, the Hound Whisperer", who I had to repost because it got deleted yesterday for some reason...

I really like your concept though! Just wanted to throw that out there in case of any misunderstandings for our character's similarities. The characters are still very different gameplay wise, and mine isn't even really 'finished' yet (still have to work out numbers and a piece of lore I'm writing up), but I like your kit's bigger focus on the hounds!
