Champion Concept: Hreina - The Fang of the Freljord
We have a pig-rider...we have a (totally not undead) centaur...A phoenix, a medusa, a yeti rider, multiple shapeshifters, demi-humans, a werewolf, a half-dragon, a lizard mounted redneck cavalry unit...we have an armored freakin' BEAR (which should not have made it into the League of Legends; kappa.) Ladies and gentlemen, it's time...for giant, murderous snow rodents. And their riders. "But Reyn, we have poros!" Yes we do...but they've been shown to be closer to rams, and Sejuani already rides one...I want to try something different today.
Puts on his best Steve Irwin accent || Take a look at this cute little creature:

This right here is called an Ermine. Don't let its appearance fool you: these close relatives to ferrets are savage killers, and murder a large amount of livestock kept in their cold northern climates every year. Its teeth are sharp enough to easily pierce human bone and... ||cough... Crikey, that accent always strains my vocal cords. >.>
Anyway, I've believed for awhile that Sejuani's warrior tribe should have more of a bite. And what better way to give it a bite than to take a majestic, adorable, roguish creature, supersize it, and let it show its more vicious (but still adorable) side by being a mounted, tribal war machine? It's time I got to business.
Lore: One of the fiercest warleaders of the Winter's Claw, Hreina is considered a prodigious warrior even by the standards of the battle-hardened clan. Being seen as the next heir to the title of warchief and second in command after the current warchief Sejuani, Hreina spends most of her days on the brutal tundras of the Freljord, scouting for resources and claiming them in the name of her tribe, along with her ermine mount, Sheek. Being agile, fast, and brilliant in battle, the pair lead some of the boldest raids in all of the tribe.
Role: Agile, Speedy Melee AD Skirmisher.
Base Stats:
HP: 575(+78) HP5: 7.7(+.73) MP: 320(+45) MP5: 8.5(+.58) AD: 61(+3.3) AS: .51(+.035) AR: 29(+3.1) MR: 33(+1.6) MS: 345 RN: 140
Passive: Surefooted Stride - Whenever Hreina casts an ability, she gains a 10/20/30% (upgraded by boot tier, 10% base with no boots) decaying movespeed bonus over 2s, and can move through units for the duration.
Q: Grievous Bite - Hreina commands Sheek to jump forward and bite a target within 275 units of her, dealing damage and applying grievous wounds for 2.5s. If this ability kills its target, Sheek is fed (kappa) and Hreina heals for a scaling amount. Damage: 50/65/80/95/110(+85%AD) || Healing: 20/35/50/65/80(+35%AD) || Cooldown: 8/8/7/7/6s || Mana: 55
W: Cyclone Slash - Hreina commands Sheek to rapidly spin in a circle as she slashes the area around her with her blades, dealing damage to nearby enemies. This ability can be used during Majestic Lunge without interrupting it. Damage: 40/50/60/70/80(+40%AD) || Cooldown: flat 3s || Mana: 30/35/40/45/50
E: Majestic Lunge - Sheek leaps 550 units in a target direction, damaging enemies at his immediate landing zone. (compare the AoE of this to Nid's Cougar form W) If Cyclone Slash was used mid jump, this does 150% damage (and is even more majestic). Damage: 35/45/55/65/75(+35%AD)[+50% total damage when empowered] || Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6s. || Mana: 50/55/60/65/70
R: ??? - (I need a name for this.) Hreina throws a tribal totem at a target location, which creates a blinding snowstorm in a large area after a 0.5s delay, lasting for 6s and gradually growing in size for the first 3s to 175% of its normal range. The zone nearsights enemies within it and slows them by 25%. While in the zone (or upon entering the zone) the cooldown of Majestic Lunge is reduced to 0.75s. (0.5s after landing) Cooldown: 180/150/120s || Mana: 100 To be clear: this "nearsight" is like a larger version of Graves W: they can see anything in its radius, but not anything outside of it...since the radius is pretty large, and also expands, this basically means that they're just not seeing anything on the minimap, but still see a large portion of their screen when standing near the middle of this ability. This is centered more around the E resets than making them have to fight blind.
