Hey Summoners!

I made a champion concept, here's some info on it! Welp, hopefully you like it! Garu, The Frejlord's Minder! Garu is a Mana-Based AD Carry that kites exceptionally well and locks down targets in his sight.

Lore: "I am their guardian." - Garu Ever since I was a young child, I always wanted to help others. I wanted to be a hero, like the legend of Bruam. One day I wandered around the village as suddenly a black snow-like ball feel upon my nose. All was still as more and more of these fell from the sky. Ash, I thought. Suddenly I heard screams coming from the village. I quickly ran back to the village. I could only see flames, I ran to my cottage, ignoring the heat. Luckily it was not burned down but as I looked inside there was no one to be found. . I quickly thought that they left the vllage. I ran to evacuate the village, when I turned back to see the remains of the village I saw many people hurt and getting slaughtered by them. I knew I needed to help. I ran back to my cottage and grabbed my Father's bow. I didn't feel scared after that for some reason. I ran back into the flames and started shooting. 1, 2, 3 enemies were down 3,4,5... The war ended. As I looked around I felt scared and dtopped my bow... "How did I... do that?" I asked myself. But I had no time to wonder, for the flames started getting huge. I raised my hand at the flames. Instantly, the flames left. "What... Is happening?" As the flames left, my people came back and the creatures of the Frejlord, Poros, were once again happy and in peace. As the Poros came out of the shadows, they ran to me. I had a special connection with them, I could feel it. One would never leave my side after the war. So I kept him as a pet, and named him Quiang. As I looked up at the Frozen Watch I saw a figure that looked like my Dad. I knew it was my Dad's spirit that guided me through that. And from that day forward I, Garu, was known as Frejlord's Minder.

Base Stats: Health: 508 (7.2 Per Level) Mana: 246.2 (40.1 Per Level) Attack Damage: 52.5 (3.7 Per Level) Attack Speed: 0.63 (0.8% Per Level) Movement Speed: 326 Health Regen.: 5.67 (0.45 Per Level) Mana Regen.: 7.72 (0.8 Per Level) Armor: 23.96 (+3.35 Per Level) Magic Resistance: 30 (0 Per Level) Ranged: 550

Laugh: (Similar to Yasuo's)

Dance: A Waltz dance!

Taunts: "We shall execute the evil!" "At least try to hurt me." "Ashe, let us stand untited." Special Taunt with Ashe. (Only if Ashe is on Garu's Team) "Sejuani, we got this!" Special Taunt with Sejuani. (Only if Ashe is on Garu's Team) "Lissandra, magicks will indeed help us." Special Taunt with Lissandra. (Only if Ashe is on Garu's Team)

Jokes: "An iceborn is made out of ice." (Diana level) XD "For Frejlord! Garen stole that saying from me..."

Allies: Ashe Braum Sejuani Lissandra Anivia Tryndamere Olaf Udyr Rivals: Talon Katarina Draven Darius Sion Cassiopeia Warwick

Passive: Never Flee When below 20% health, Garu gains extra range and increased life steal.

Q: Frejlord's Strength Increases Attack Speed, and every third auto attack will slow the enemy unit majorly and deal extra AD damage.

W: Arrow Strike Garu shoots a (skillshot) arrow that will slow and damage a enemy. If it kills the unit the arrow will seek a enemy unit to strike. It will also refund the mana cost. Applying the same debuffs as the first strike.

E: Poro Assistance Garu whistles' forth Quiang and his Poro friends to help Garu. Garu rides on his Poro friends, increasing his movement speed majorly. But, this will disable him from auto attacking and will also be difficult to steer. If a enemy interferes Garu during this ability, it will knockback enimies away from Garu. (AoE Ability) Similar to Gragas's E and Sion's ult. (Can be re-cast to end early)

R: The Unleashed Cold Garu calls forth a strong, cold breeze. Dealing AP damage over time. Slowing all enemies caught in this area. (AoE Ability) If allies are heading in the direction of the breeze, their movement speed will increase. Similar to Galio's W.

Q: Needs more to it. Very meh compared to the rest of the kit and doesn't really serve a purpose.

W: Very basic (not a bad thing). Does it go through minions? Is it like kalistas arrow? Needs more details

E: Does it deal damage or slow/knockup if it hits someone?

R: I think this is the coolest part if I'm understanding it correctly. I think it would be awesome if it was a directional AOE thing. So champions 'running with the wind' would move faster, and those going against the wind go slower.

Also what type of champion did you see him being? Support, Jungle, adc, etc.

I'm having trouble seeing how his kit works together though. It seems like 4 abilities and a passive that were just put together for no reason.

and normally someone cant be in 3 sides at the same time , Ashe with Anivia Braum Gragas Tryndamere Nunu are Avarosans they want to unite the tribes and Ashe to be the Queen , Sejuani with Volibear Udyr Olaf are Winter Claw they want freedom and Sejuani to be Queen , Lissandra with Trundle are Frostguards they want to burry the world in ice and resurect the watchers so Lissandra can be Queen , the 3 Queens Ashe Lissandra Sejuani hate each other and want to kill each other , so i dont think someone can be on 3 sides , from his lore i think he makes a perfect Ashe Avarosan , he wants to be like braum , he defend people and wants peace ^^

Changes i would make (having made a few of these myself).

New Q: True Ice Arrow - Garu's next auto attack will apply a 25% slow lasting for 2 seconds and deal an additonal 40/80/120/160/200 (+40%AP) magic damage. CD 11/10/9/8/7 Mana Cost 60.

Add his old Q: Freiljord's Strength as a passive to his W.

For the E, make it so it grants increased movement speed when moving toward enemies slowed by his abilities.

I like the ultimate but it doesn't quite fit thematically, to make it fir you need to add something to the lore like "As i raised my hand to try to direct my people away from the roaring flames i felt a strong chill go up my arm; almost instantly a strong icy gust blew over my village wiping away the flames in seconds."

Otherwise i like the concept, he's pretty similar to Ashe in many ways but these changes would give him enough of a unique feel to be a part of the freiljord, or to diversify him even further, he could be the first champion to come from the other icecap of runeterra, someone who has suffered the same condition of the freiljord, but knows almost nothing of the wars that have and are taking place.
