Champion Concept #19 (Roan Rein 2 the Master of Magnetism)
Lore- In a factory were a group of scientists built and experimented on robots, a robot known as the Roan Rein 2 was made. Roan Rein 2 did not like that some of the robots would get scraped and that very few every left the factory. Roan Rein 2 freed all the robots.
Role- Tank/ Fighter
Passive- Fractured Blade Roan Rein 2 wields a broken Blade. A piece of the blade breaks off with each strike. The piece of broken blade disperses in its target, marking them. By right clicking on yourself you can stab yourself, marking yourself.
Q- Advanced Ferromagnetism Pulls marked enemy unit toward you. On yourself, you fling yourself in a direction (you have to have stabbed yourself first). Mark on target of this ability gets there mark removed.
W- Static Charge Stuns marked enemy unit, if applied for single target. Hit one and drag to a second nearby marked target for this ability. Both get stunned and an electrical current will flow between them for them duration of the stun, damaging enemies between the stunned units. If second marked target was yourself then you don't get stunned (this allows you to somewhat move the current around by walking). Mark on those targeted by this ability disappears.
E- Lightning Rod Place a Lightning Rod Somewhere. Lightning strikes the rod exactly 4 seconds after it has bin placed (so timing is everything) Does damage to enemies in a very short range of itself. Lightning does chain to enemies near the ones that were hit. Using Q you can fling this Lightning Rod in a direction.
R- Thunder Shock Augmentation For 10 seconds you reflect a percentage of the damage taken back at the attacker as chain damage (chains to nearby enemies)
