Riot, i am sitting at 10 crates with 2 key fragments

can we make it to where we buy key fragments in the store. A good start would be 1000 ip for 1 key fragment so we would need 3000 for 1 crate if you have no keys.

Just an idea, i dont know if many people run into this problem too, just a concept
