Bruiser that "life links" to enemies within 200-300 units, healing as they do(with cool ult aswell).
Be a cool passive that could range from anywhere between OP and useless depending on who they are fighting and what they build. Basing a champions kit around this passive could make for a very interesting kit where one ability actually heals a single enemy massively which can be useful if the bruiser is 1v2 as it would buy them time to focus on taking down 1 and then when they are dead they can finish off the other they were using as a catalyst for healing... also this way the passive would never be totally useless while also making fights with this champion very fresh and interesting.
The ult would be one of those abilities that has a requirement to fulfill in order to use, this one in particular would not be a necessary easy one in all cases. Basically it would demand this bruiser heals 100% of their current max HP via their passive and the life steal they purchase(so no ally assistance would help) before they can activate the ultimate. However when they do activate the ultimate they do a "blood letting" to themselves damaging them self for 50% of their max HP, enemies they are life linked to are dealt true dmg equal to this amount. There would be no cool down, just dependency on the frequency they can heal to an amount equal to 100% of their max HP. So this means the less HP they buy the easier the ult will be to activate however the dmg will consequently be less. If they buy tons of HP then the ult will be way harder to activate, but the dmg to enemies will be way higher as well if they do. The ult would be most effective vs a heal heavy enemy this bruiser could stay in range of as they could build way more HP and then use the enemies healing against them in a big way.
Something to note would be how devastating "grievous wounds" would be to this champion vs any other: -The heal they would have to apply to enemies if they wanted to benefit from it would be cut for them but not the enemy they are healing, which would obviously give their enemy an edge. -If they cant heal enough fast enough then they effectively dont have an ult and thier power would be greatly reduced. -If they or an ally builds "greivous wounds" then they wont heal as much cause remember their healing relies on the amount their targets are healing, meaning if the enemy has it and an ally has it then this champion will lose a total of around 60% of the healing they would have gotten.
So it certianly wouldn't be as broken as you would think, infact the champion would bar allies from wanting to get grevious wounds which is good to a heal heavy enenmy in a way. The enemies getting grevious wounds and kiting would be very effective to put down this champions effectiveness tremenously. Aslo remember by design the ult would be less effective the easier it is for them to activate.
