Introduction: Ligo is a support champion. His success is heavily depended by others in his team and he doesn't provide much damage. His learning curve is very big as he has a lot of things going on with his Dimension mechanism and his success as well as his team heavily depends on the knowledge of the dimension rather than how fast you can press your keys.

Lore-Champion Vision

So Ligo , is a very advanced scientist that specializes in dimensional studies. He started studying Dimensions when he heard the first news of void beings arriving in Runnetera. He could have possibly worked with viktor and other piltover scientists to help him with his research. He has low ethic standards but is well-behaved and not causing trouble, unless he is challenged. So I imagine him to be a low profile human being, with connections to many piltover champions (as his research is quite important) and many gadget like features.

A few things:

  • He is ranged
  • Squishy
  • Magical Damage output

Abilities:

Has a new mechanic called The Dimension.

  • Passive:

    • Allies in the dimension have increased movement speed (sth small like 5-20% (1/6/11/16)) and take no damage(except true damage) but also deal no damage to outsiders. They cannot be buffed or cc'ed, nor shielded or healed from outsiders. Enemies have reduced vision are grounded and have the same effects as allies (no damage from outsiders).
    • Ligo uses no MP but instead has an Ionic charger, instead, as a resource bar. Which gains Ionic charges each time he casts an ability or banishes an ally-enemy (Ability casts 5 - Champion Banishes 10) When at 3rds he can cast his ult. -100 Ionic Charges
  • Q: Dimensional Rift:

  • Creates a dimensional rift for x(1) sec, everything that passes (including projectiles) is sent into the dimension for 1-5(+1 for every 75 AP) seconds. (can be undimensioned if he moves far from the dimensional's rift spawned position) and creates a dimensional tear for 120-220 secs. -Cooldown 15-5 secs

  • W: Tear Breakdown:

  • Channel for x(1-2) seconds and drag all enemies in a small radius in a selected dimensional tear. Enemies affected are sent into the dimension take 80-180(+20%AP) damage, and are stunned for x(0.5-0.75)secs. If enemies are inside the dimension this instead undimensions them. -Cooldown 15-10 secs

  • E: Ionic Blaster:

  • Ligo, charges up his blaster for 1 seconds and then fires a charged shot that slows 70% decaying over 2 seconds enemies hit. If more than one enemy is hit then the duration is refreshed for every enemy hit. -Cooldown 15-10 secs

  • R: Dimension Overload:

  • 1st 3rd: causes a small area around him that allies can enter-exit the dimension. Projectiles and enemies can't enter the area(kind of a reverse camille ult) (6 level)

  • 2nd 3rd: Both Ligo and Allies get a movement speed boost and the effects of the 1st. (11 level)

  • Full charge: channels for 5 seconds and creates a travelling shockwave in a very large area that nullifies enemy turrets (2seconds), reveals the are the sockwave has travelled for 3 seconds and activates all dimensional tears in that area. (16 level) -Cooldown 30 seconds

Overall he requires a lot of thinking and planning, as a wrong banish might benefit the enemy team. He has a lot of utility and somewhat mediocre cc. He is also squishy (I'm not going to provide stats because it is getting late and I think it is quite stupid for a concept to have reality-like numbers). This is my vision of as support champion I had in quite a while. Let me hear your thoughts on having a champion that can utilize something so... weird.

Really weird. Passive fun mechanics but what do you mean by thirds?33/66/100? Q: does this include minions? if so spaghetti might need to be thoroughly rewritten.(What would happen with cait/vi ults?) W: is it brodcasted? seems kinda bad as you are unable to take advantage of the stun. E: no damage? R: can you choose which version or is it purely determined by charge? also what are the Nlevel next to each version?
