Altza: The Scrapyard Engineer

The concept for Altza revolves around an inventor who creates all these different gadgets out of scrap she salvages from the local scrapyard. Because of the... questionable quality of the materials she uses, Altza's inventions are often prone to malfunctioning (and often times exploding). Instead of being deterred by her constant failures, Alta takes what she learns, salvages whatever she can from her broken machines, and uses those resources to create a more efficient, better functioning version of what she was trying to create in the first place.

Appearance: A female hextech engineer with a steampunk esque artificial hextech right arm equipped with various gadgets, such as a mounted spike shooter on the back off her forearm, the Chaser Drone attached to her shoulder, and a portable terminal under her wrist that she uses to control her drones with. She wears a pair of overalls, a dirty long-sleeved white button up shirt with the right sleeve torn off, a pair of knee-high work boots with exhaust pipes attached to the tops and gears attached to the heels like spurs, a brown workers glove on her right hand, and a brown beret with exhaust pipes attached to the sides. Her Scouting Drone is attached to her back with a special black harness. She has a tool belt with various hextech crafting instruments wrapped around her waist.

Lore: As a child, Altza was always fascinated by the concept of Hextech devices, and decided from an early age to become a Hextech Engineer. When she was old enough, she traveled to Zaun, where she enrolled into one of their many schools to begin her training for her future career. Things didn't go as intended however, as Altza was prone to tinkering with the devices she was given in ways she wasn't told to do, resulting in many accidents as well as a number of strict lectures from her instructors. After one particularly destructive accident, Altza was expelled, and was on her way back home when she stumbled across a nearby junkyard. Curious, she began to explore the area, marveling at all the the failed experiments and wondering what kind of innovations could have been made had these inventions succeeded. It was then that she was struck with inspiration. She began to fervently gather as many of the broken devices as she could carry, and brought them over to an abandoned workbench, brainstorming all the while, as one idea after another took form in her mind. Days passed. Then weeks. Then months. And as time continued to flow, Altza had not only built herself a makeshift workshop, but had filled it with a myriad of different devices. She had found her calling.

Altza is an ADC whose gameplay revolves around her passive and Lock-On system. Salvaging her drones and using the scrap she acquires to upgrade her basic attacks will take time and leaves her vulnerable early game, but around mid to late game, once she's obtained one or two upgrades, she becomes a major threat on the battlefield.

P: Salvage ⦁ Altza's drones have a 50% chance to drop 2-4 Scrap. Picking up Scrap grants Altza a 40-health shield per Scrap for 10 seconds. Altza can exchange 150 of her collected Scrap at the shop for upgrades on her basic attacks: 1. Improved Targeting System: Basic attacks deals additional damage equal to 8% of the targets missing health against Locked-On targets. 2. High Velocity Shots: Grants 20% armor penetration on basic attacks, and basic attacks have increased range. 3. Improved Accuracy: Grants 10% Critical Chance and 25% bonus Critical damage on basic attacks

Q: Chaser (Skill Shot) (19/18/17/16/15 second cool-down.) (60/75/90/105/120 mana cost)

⦁	Chaser: Fires out a drone that will damage (40/50/60/70/80 physical damage + 30% of AD) and slowing all enemies struck (15% for 1 second), stopping just behind the first enemy champion or large nuetral monster struck. After a 1.5 second delay, the drone will fly towards the enemy marked with Lock-On, damaging (55/70/85/100/115 physical damage + 45% of AD) and slowing all targets struck (15% for 1 second) and stopping just behind the first enemy or large nuetral monster struck. If no Locked-On target is available, it will instead target the nearest enemy unit, prioritizing champions.

W: Lock-On (Single Target) (21/19.5/18/16.5/15 second cool-down.) (30/40/50/60/70 mana cost) ⦁ Marks a target enemy champion with Locked-On. Basic attacks against Locked-On champions deal an additional 20/30/40/50/60 + 10% of AD as physical dammage.

E: Scouting Drone (A.O.E., Charge) (24/23/22/21/20 second cool-down) (45/55/65/75/85 mana cost) ⦁ Sends out a drone that will grant slight vision in an area around it for 1 minute. Casting the spell again will deal damage (((30/40/50/60/70 physical damage + 40% of AD per Charge) 3 Charges) 1 second cool-down between Charges) to all enemies withing it's attack range. The drone will follow Locked-On units and grants True Sight only against Locked-On units. The drone will be destroyed after all it's charges have been cast or after it has been attacked 3 times. Only one drone can be active at a time.

R: Hextech Power Armor (80/70/60 second cool-down) (8 second duration) (90/110/130 mana cost) ⦁ Altza creates a suit of Hextech Power Armor that absorbs 30% of the damage she takes. The armor has 400/600/800 health and increases her attack speed by 8%/16%/24%. If Altza can keep the armor from being destroyed until the end of it's duration, it will drop 4-6 Scrap, otherwise if it is destroyed it will only drop 1-3 Scrap. 1. Chaser will slow for an additional 8%. 2. Scouting drone will deal an additional 30 damage on hit and will need to be hit 2 more times to be destroyed.

Well, that's Altza in full detail. Let me know what you guys think, like what could be adjusted or changed to make her more fun and/or balanced. Any and all criticism's would be appreciated.

I love the idea of creating machines out of scrap. I don't like how you implemented it. It feels like just auto attack upgrades like Gangplank's coins for his ultimate are too boring. Also, the scrap comes from nowhere. You create the machines and get scrap from them, but you should be using scrap to make machines, then recycling that scrap. In addition, a tankiness buff for an ult on a ranged champion based around making drone minions is very out of place.

So here is my twist on your kit:

Get rid of the auto attack hextech arm thing. She can HAVE a hextech arm, but make her function of auto attack this scrap launcher bazooka thing. Her mana alternative resource would be scrap. She uses scrap to fire and for drones. She has a reloaded cannon that reloads every 3rd shot and costs 1 scrap to reload all 3 bullets. Scout drone costs 5 scrap and drops 3 when it dies, Chaser drone costs 7 scrap and drops 4 when it dies, tank drone(new ultimate suggestion) costs 15 scrap and drops 7. All minions drop 1 scrap when they die, all jungle monsters and siege minions drop 3 scrap when they die, and all champions and super minions drop 5 scrap when they die. Altza would have to step on scrap to pick it up. This tank drone that i suggested would probably be less of a drone and more of a vehicle. My vision is for her to throw together a tank and then drive it around, gaining a shield like when Kled gets on Skaarl and gaining increased auto attack range and increased attack damage without scrap cost to fire, but lowered attack speed. This tank would last until end of duration, end of health, or by pressing R again it can self-destruct. All of these methods grant the same amount of scrap.

You don't have to take all my suggestions, this is just where I think you should've gone with the concept. Feel free to check out any of my champion concepts by looking through my boards profile.
