Shockblade is a melee/ranged type assassin who excels on the battlefield. His speed, damage and range allow him to shred minion waves and play well in teamfights.

Passive: (Shockwave) After every 3 skills Shockblade uses, the next basic attack you strike will give back 30% of your current mana.

Q: (Lightning Slash) Shockblade throws his lightning sword in a narrow but long range, dealing 50/70/90/110 (+30% AP) magic damage to target struck, slowing them by 25% for 3 seconds. [Mana cost: 55, Cooldown: 5 seconds]

W: (Lightning Burst) Shockblade emits a large burst of lightning, dealing 70/80/90/100 (+30% AP) magic damage to those in its range, also giving Shockblade a shield that protects him from 100 damage.

E: (Lightning Rain) After a short delay, Shockblade summons a large blast of lightning to appear from the skies, dealing 80/90/100/110 (+10% AP) magic damage to those in its large range.

R: (Final Strike) Shockblade teleports to a nearby enemy, knocking them up into the air, dealing 150/180/210 (+30% AP) magic damage and giving yourself 20% bonus armor penetration for 15 seconds after use.

Tell me what you guys think!

His ult is literally the exact same as yasuo's, except you removed the conditional activation.

YASUO/XERATH/ZED... funny concept... Rito no go but looks very interesting set of spells.

A decent concept. I think the damage is lacking though. Also, if he's a mage and his abilities do magic damage then what is the point of giving him armour penetration for his ult? You'd be better off giving him magic pen. Also you'd have to raise his ap scaling on his abilities otherwise you'd get hammered. Xerath for example, gets +60% ap scaling on his q and it does 80/120/160/200/240 base magic damage. You get where I'm going with this? You've made the abilities a bit too weak. Just a little advice, it helps to compare damage and scaling of existing champions when making a concept. You'd have to also give him a unique theme too. Right now, there's not much that's special about him.
