What If The Ruined King Became A Character In League? - My Ideas On What The Character Could Be Like

Passive - Auto Attacks deal 1%/2%/4%/6% (Level 1, 6, 12, 18) bonus current health damage. Owning Blade Of The Ruined King increases the damage by 1%/2%/4%/6% (Equal to the Level of his Q). When this character's health drops below 20% this bonus is doubled.

Q - The Ruined King strikes where the player's cursor is (same range as Yasuo Q), this is treated as an auto attack.. Dealing 100/150/200/300 (50% AD Scaling) damage to the target. If Blade Of The Ruined King is owned, this ability gets 60% AD Scaling instead of 50%.

W - The Ruined King calls upon the souls of his fallen subjects, granting him a shield equal to 50% of his attack and slowing nearby enemies by 10%/20%/30%/40% for two seconds. If Blade Of The Ruined King is owned, The Ruined King gains 10% life steal.

E - The Ruined King's damage is increased by 5%/6%/7%/10% when his health drops below 25%. When The Ruined King activates this ability, he gains 20%/30%/40%/50% attack speed for 3/4/5/6 seconds. If The Blade Of The Ruined King is owned, The Ruined King gains 5%10%15%/30% attack speed while he has less than 30% health.

R - If a nearby teammate were to die, The Ruined King can activate this ability to revive the player with half of their health max health, and they gain 20% life steal and spell vamp for 3 seconds. If The Ruined King were to die, you can activate this ability to revive yourself with half of your max health, gaining 10% life steal and spell vamp for 2 seconds. If Blade Of The Ruined King is owned, this ability's cool down is reduced by 10/20/30 seconds (before cool down reduction is applied, cool down reduction is then applied to this ability's cool down after this passive is applied).
