Where's disco draven?

If you really want this skin to be an idea, you should fully develop the concept idea and repost it in order to try to get some attention. For example, the Jade Dragon/Fist Vi concept caught enough attention and was liked by Riot enough for it to become a skin. Of course they didn't use one specific artist's illustration, multiple people drew it and they can't just legally copy someone else's art, but they were inspired by those illustrations.
