These Texture Updates are getting ridiculously lazy.

After the newest batch of TU's on the PBE, I'm beginning to think that you just aren't even trying. Wukong and Malphite's TU's are just... lazy and not very good. Xin Zhao's is okay, and Shen's is 'meh' at best.
