This kinda does nerf Sona. Another champ with more mobility means it's even harder for her to keep up with the other players and her slow is even less significant since they have to rely on their actually movespeed even less of the time.

I really wish there were less mobility, too. Or at least some sort of antimobility item. Like an aura item where enemies within 600 units of you can't use gap closers at all or something. Doubt it'll happen, but I would really like it. I hate it when it's like you can't even help some of your allies at all since they're going to a place so dangerous that only they can escape with their mobility and it's a free kill for the other team if you even get close.

Put a 10-15 second cdr on her passive every single reset.

Actually, I think making Kat more mobile but taking damage from her to do it is a good thing because she'll actually be paying for her mobility in some way.

The problem with mobility creep isn't mobility itself because being able to move around faster does prevent some champions from being a massive pain in the ass to deal with. Champions like Ashe would be hilariously absurd in a game with no mobility. The problem with mobility creep is that (especially these days) a lot of champions with mobility don't pay enough for the mobility they have, so they end up being straight upgrades to immobile champions.

The Katarina changes are a step in the right direction IMO.
