Crazy Idea for Taric Passive and Ultimate
Hey everyone, avid fan of Taric here and I just had a interesting idea for Taric so here it goes.

**Passive **:Path of the Earth-Mender Gemcrafting: After using an ability, Taric's next basic attack deals bonus magic damage equal to 20% of Taric's armor and reduces his abilities' cooldown by 2 seconds.
Guardian: Every time an allied champion takes an instance of damage, Taric gains a stack of Anger. Once Taric gains 15 stacks of Anger, it becomes Guardian, and gives a 25% increased effectiveness on Taric's next cast of Imbue or Dazzle. Guardian lasts indefinitely until consumed by Dazzle or Imbue. Once used this passive goes on a 5 second cooldown. Gemcrafting does not affect Guardian.
I didn't want to touch his current passive because of where it stands now. It gives Taric a little more damage and good way to weave auto attacks and abilities together when maxed out with 40% CDR. I created the Guardian part of his passive because I think that Taric should shine in long and drawn out teamfights. This allows him to throw out some beefy heals and stuns into the fray. While this is strong, this may bait Taric into waiting too long to get that big heal or stun out. Good judgement of when to wait or not wait for your passive is paramount to save your ally from a fed champion in tight situations. This fits his character because he is a gentle and kind person, but you will know his power if you hurt his allies.
Ultimate:Radiance Taric slams the ground with his hammer, dealing magic damage to enemies within range. Taric then emits an aura that gives off a pulse that give 1%/1.5%/2% Attack damage and Ability power. Taric and allies can only gain a max 15 stacks of Radiance. Taric emits a pulse every second for 20 seconds. After 2 seconds, the stacks of Radiance began to deteriorate.
In a nutshell, Taric's new Ultimate is like a campfire. The longer you stay near it, the warmer you get, but when you move away from it, you begin to feel the warmth leaving you. Taric's new Ultimate should make him a beacon of light for his allies. This should encourage teamates and Taric to draw out teamfights for the aura to reach its peak in power.(Not sure what his new aura range should be, should be a little bigger than it is currently in my opinion.) While this is a very strong ability, its is very weak versus teams who can engage and disengage quickly or assassins who can dip in and out of teamfights and kill targets before your Ultimate. Poke comps can also nullify its use because it requires a teamfights to reach its full effectiveness.
