Background/Lore: Sketch is a stick figure, brought to life from a piece of paper. He picked up a pencil to defend himself, after his creator Vassakin was executed by Vayne for dabbling in black magic. He left his city, becoming a freelance artist. He tried to forget, tried to move on from it all and lead a normal life as an artist, but he could not overcome his anger and hatred for Vayne for killing his creator. Therefore, after training with Master Yi in the art of fighting with a sword, he entered the League, pencil and sharpener in hand, finally ready to confront his nemesis.
Passive: "Dulling Blade"
- Every 3rd auto attack decreases Sketch's attack damage by 1.
Q: "Freehand"
- Sketch jumps into the air, draws a squiggle of any shape or design, for a maximum distance of (300/350/400/450/500), dealing 100 + (30/35/40/45/50% AD), and lands where the squiggle ends. Sketch also loses (6/7/8/9/10) points towards Dulling Blade upon using this ability.
(To clarify what this is, First think about Fizz' Playful/Trickster, and how he can jump from one point to another, and then instead of being invulnerable, he jumps to the end of an AD version of Viktor's laser, that instead of being forced to be a straight line, can be drawn in whatever wild pattern or design that you please, such as a circle, an S, a W, a U, or any other odd shape. The point is, you draw it. and wherever the drawing ends, thats where Sketch lands.)

W: "Pencil Smash"
- Sketch jumps up, draws a quick circle in the targeted area that lasts for 6 seconds or until Sketch leaves the circle, then slams into the center, dealing AOE damage worth (60/70/80/90/100) + (30/35/40/45/50%) bonus AD, and slowing all targets for (20/30/40/50/60%) while they are in the circle. If an enemy is hit by Pencil Smash, Sketch's attack speed and mobility is boosted by (20/25/30/35/40%) for 4 seconds or while in the circle, whichever is longer. Sketch loses 6 points to Dulling Blade upon using this ability.
(To clarify what this is, Imagine Aatrox's jump. Now, envision the AOE effect to be a little bit larger, but take longer to create. Sketch jumps up into the air towards a target location, quickly draws a large circle while in the air, to signify the Pencil Smash area, then slams down into the center of the circle he drew. The circle stays there, similar to Shen's AOE circle thing, until 6 seconds are passed, or Sketch leaves the circle.)

Active: Sketch stands still in one place as he sharpens Pencil for 2 seconds, restoring all AD removed by Dulling Blade. For every point of AD that is restored, Sketch loses 1 point from his current attack range, due to Pencil being shortened by Sharpener. Backing restores Pencil's length. If he moves, attacks, takes damage, or uses an ability during the 2 second sharpening period, it cancels all the sharpening done, and Sharpen must be recast.

Passive: The shorter Sketch's Pencil is, the easier it is to move. Sketch gains 1.5% attack speed for every (3/3/2/2/1) missing points in range.

Sketch uses Pencil to draw one of four things: A Shield, A Sword, A Rifle, or a Rocket Launcher, based on the direction Sketch draws his ult. (Similar to pinging)

R Down: "Artist: Shield"
- Sketch Draws himself a shield that surrounds him for (5/6/7) seconds, reducing the damage taken by (60/70/80%), then re-casts R onto a target ally, surrounding them for (3/3.5/4) seconds, reducing their damage taken by (50/60/70%).

R Left: "Artist: Sword"
- Sketch Draws himself a sword and wields it for (5/6/7) seconds, doubling his attack speed, and every second attack deal bonus (30/40/50) AD. Dulling Blade is only applied every other auto attack during Artist: Sword.

- Sketch Draws himself a rifle and wields it for (5/6/7) seconds or until canceled, granting him (550/600/650) range on his attacks.

- Sketch Draws himself a rocket launcher, placing it where he is standing and being rooted, and is able to fire (3/4/5) rockets at infinite range, dealing 60% of Sketch's AD and 40% of Sketch's AP and guaranteeing to Crit.
