Challenging Higher Tiers

I have noticed a lot of people complaining about getting low LP or they got stuck in that tier some people believe that they were wrongfully put in lower tiers. So, I would like to share some of my thoughts that could change that tell me what you think about that? so people can play normally to get higher ranks or :

Challenge Higher Tiers:

You can challenge them by getting at least S- in three consecutive games or whatever the tier you want to challenge. If you want to challenge: Bronze 1: Get S in 2 games Silver 1: Get S in 3 games in Bronze 1 Gold 1: Get S in 3 games in Silver 1 Platinum 1: Get S in 3 games in Gold 1 Diamond 1: Get S in 3 games in Platinum 1 Challenger: beat the hell out of diamond players: no shortcuts.

example if the player is bronze 5 S- x 3 = lowest tier get to challenge Bronze 4 S- x 2 + S = “ “ “ “ “ Bronze 3 S- + S x 2 = “ “ “ “ “ Bronze 2 S x 3 = “ “ “ “ “ Bronze 1 Any S+ will act as any S rating and will secure an extra provisional game explained in the following (maximum of 1 extra game): After getting the challenged promotion you become in a decaying provisional Tier. You have 10 games in the new provisional plus a game [ in case S+ is earned] tier: losing 6 or 7 [ in case S+ is earned] out of the 10 or 11 [ in case S+ is earned] games will send you to the lowest newly earned tier i.e, Silver 5. The cool down for challenging the next tier would be (20) games after the new provisional games, or every month, every 2 months and challenging would stop in at the end of October so people won't try to jump another tier and try normal way? This might give an opportunity for people who dropped from higher tiers I have seen many gold players playing in silver 5 telling me their sad stories or [claims] about being stuck with people who go afk in games or just aren’t experienced enough to pass those tiers. And it is may be a way for people to stop complaining about how low LP they are getting and how good they are/were to be in that tier. They would realize then that they were inexperienced compared to those higher levels and stop complaining for good and either develop their ways of playing or shut up for good because they are not that good and they are not what they think they claim to be. Also it might be a good chance to make people try better and may be they will, when they get the chance to try and challenge directly the highest rank in their tier. Everyone will challenge everyone. What do you think ? It doesn’t have to be as I laid it. But something similar. making any sense? no? and why?
