Fiddlesticks Rework

I don't know how this works but I'd like to reach out as an average player about my favorite character in the game, and if even astronomically possible would like to be involved in the process. I know it's usually a thing for bigger names in the community, but some time you gotta shoot your shot.

So Riot, I have a few ideas mostly regarding his abilities, here's what I've gotten so far.

Passive- Basically a magic Duskblade. After being unseen he gets x amount of mag pen, and the next ability slows.

Q- ideally this could be more like voli roar. I can't count how many times in a team fight I fear to save a teammate but the fact it's single target means there's still someone barreling at my ADC. Maybe like a cone effect like Cassio R would be effective without being too much.

W- is honestly cool especially for jungle, but the fact it locks you stationary makes healing with it in lane more of a hazard than it's worth. I have 2 possible solutions. Make it so he can move during. Or give him a damage reduction so he can heal without taking more than he can hope to recover.

His E is simultaneously my favorite and most hated ability he has. It's fantastic for poking but the erratic bounce pattern makes it annoying to use at times and in all honesty can feel oppressive to play against for mages and ability heavy champs. So I would suggest perhaps removing it's silence and improving it's damage, or even something as simple as making the ricochet effect a bit more predictable.

For his ultimate I have one issue that's always bothered me. And that's it's cast time and how it makes you immobile until it's casted. So for this something more like Ryze R where you can sort dictate an area, move a little, and it activates after a few seconds.

I am all for him becoming more ambush reliant, it has always been the most rewarding feeling when playing him, so above all else I hope you maintain that part of him.

As for more scary like you hinted at, please please please look at more of a dark genuine horror vibe. I want people to feel like they do when they see a 20+ kill zed on appearance alone.
