Mero - The Terror of the Waters
Mero is a powerful assassin. He deals high single target damage and is able to evade enemy attacks. He is a fabled terror, the largest of the Titan Sharks ever, and the king of his people.
Passive: Water Glide: Mero gains 20% bonus movement speed while in the river or in it's bushes. The scuttle crab movement speed buff is increased by an additional 10%. If Mero kills a scuttle crab, he gains a permanent bonus of 5 movement speed.
Q: Double Set: Mero's next basic attack brings out both sets of his teeth, causing it to deal 5/25/45/65/85 (15% AD), making them bleed, which deals 1/2/3/4/5% of the target's missing health as magic damage over 5 seconds.
W: Gaping Abyss: Mero opens his massive jaws, biting down, and dealing 50/60/70/80/90% of his AD as physical damage in front of him. This instantly kills all minions (except for Cannon and Super) and small monsters under 50% health. He is healed for 20/30/40/50/60 bonus health for each unit killed by Gaping Abyss, up to 200 (+20% AD) health. If he heals up from 4 or more minions and small monsters, the heal is halved.
E: Slip n' Slide: Mero slides forward, dealing 30/40/50/60/70 (20% AD) physical damage to all units hit, and stunning them for 1 second. If he starts at a river, he travels much faster and stuns for 2 seconds.
R: Dive In: (only usable if he's close to a river or on it) Mero jumps into a nearby river, stealthing him and showing his fin to allies for 6 seconds. After 3 seconds or Dive In is recasted, he will show his fin to enemies. This fears all nearby enemies for 1.5 seconds. After the stealth is over or Dive In is recasted once again, he will rise from the water, and chomps on any enemies above him. This deals 100/200/300 (80% AD) physical damage. If this kills an enemy champion, he increases his health equal to double the amount of Gaping Abyss' heal. (50% AP)
