Destin, the piercing light

Destin
Assassin, Fighter
LORE: No one really knows the story of Destin. One day he showed up on a small boat near demacia, unconscious. The boats design was unseen and unknown anywhere in Valoran. ...(not finished)
Since I cannot think of a name at the moment for Destin's weapon, I just used [Weapon]. Just think of a long staff with a double bladed axe on each end made of light, and you'll be close enough.
ABILITIES
Passive-Heavy Punishment: -When Destin auto-attacks a champion, Destin makes three quick strikes (.75 seconds). The first two stun for .25 for a total of .5 seconds; and deal 120% AD on strike. The third is a powerful overhead stroke dealing 150% AD. The third stroke imbedes Destin's weapon into the ground. Destin is stunned for 2 seconds to pull out his weapon out of the ground. Each second of attack speed reduces this stun by half (since he'll start with around .6, it'll start around 1.4 second stun). Enemies successfully stunned by this passive are immune to the stun from the passive for five seconds. -This attack is unstoppable, and during the attack, Destin is immovable. He can be stunned, rooted, etc., but stuff like blitz Q, Poppy R, Urgot R, etc. will not move him (still deals damage, though)
This is a unique passive that I thought of that would be fun in my opinion. It allows you to deal massive damage quickly, but allows a moment to retaliate afterwards. it can be used to pin down an enemy long enough for your allies to finish someone off, but can also leave you completely helpless when used incorrectly.
Q-Spinning Light: Mana cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown:15/13/11/9/7 -Destin throws [Weapon] forward to a target destination (long range) and sticks in the ground. All enemies hit are hurt for 30/60/90/120/150 +(60% AD). After 3 seconds, [Weapon] flies back at Destin dealing double the damage (60/120/180/240/300 +(120 AD)). -Destin can reactivate Q to switch places with [Weapon] and instantly have it return to him. However, if Q is reactivated, [Weapon]'s return will only deal 1.5x damage (45/90/135/180/225 +(90% AD) While Q is active, Destin is weaponless, which prevents him from autoattacking and using any ability, with Solar Power being the exception. *running over the item will not pick it up. You must wait 3 seconds or reactivate Q to get it back
For the kit that I wanted, I needed this champ to have both a gap closer and a poke ability to be used, so he can't be poked out of lane and be a bad champ. However, most assassin's like this have an ability to gap close, and another to poke. Instead, I made both in the same ability, so you can use it for one or the other (or both if you play it right). I also wanted it to deal a lot of damage for a poke ability, but have a side effect for using it incorrectly.
W-Solar Power: Mana Cost: 0 Cooldown: 90/80/70/60/50 -Destin begins absorbing light around him in a large area for three seconds, revealing the area (not true-sight) and healing 20% of his missing health over those three seconds. All enemies within this radius are nearsighted. Idea: could give a buff that makes all camouflaged champions within its range invisibility, on both teams.
I wanted an ability that fits more with the controller of light, and one that helps him actually land his ult, and also give him some sustain, without too much early game. This is the main ability that will allow Destin to live long enough to do something without being obliterated.
E-[Weapon]'s Rage Mana Cost: 50 Cooldown:7/6.5/6/5.5/5 -Destin spins [Weapon] 900 degrees over his head, dealing 25/50/75/100/125 damage in a small area around him five times within a second. Then, he sweeps [Weapon] in front of him, throwing a thin ram of light in front of him in a cone-like pattern, dealing 100/110/120/130/140 +(40% AD) to enemies and slowing them for 40/50/60/70/80% and speeding up allies for 5/10/15/20/25% for one second. Any hard crowd control will end this ability.
This ability deals massive amounts of damage when you don't pay attention. It can deal a total of 765 damage (with 0 AD and 0 Armor) with everything hitting you. This ability allows Destin to actually kill people (even with passive and Q, not likely to kill people around full hp). While this ability may deal massive damage over an area, it is a small area, which one could easily walk out of. People who can dash can easily move out of this ability. However, it can make a huge wall when ganking or having a gank, where people cannot pass you without dying or using a summoner spell, so it's all about how you use it (just like every other ability in this kit). Using ult immunity will make it easier to use this ability, since it can't be cancelled then.
R-Tyranny's End Mana Cost:100 Cooldown:120/100/80 -A lightning bolt hits Destin, strengthening him by making him immune to all crowd control for three seconds. Destin then winds up and deals a devastating overhead stroke into the ground toward the cursor (1 second duration, in which Destin cannot move). A light stroke comes from [Weapon], dealing 50/100/150 true damage in a line in front of Destin and leaving a thin fizzure in the ground. At the same time, a shock wave emits from Destin, stunning everyone around him in a small area for 1 second. Getting hit by the axe itself will deal 500 +(50% AD) and the true damage from the light beam. After .75 seconds, three heavy lighting bolts strike one after the other on the fizzure, starting in front of Destin, in the middle, and at the end, dealing 250/500/750 +(25 AD) Magic Damage each. An enemy can only be hit by one lightning bolt.
Just like E, This ability deals MASSIVE damage, but just like E, it can be easily avoided when used incorrectly. It takes a second to deal even the beginning of the damage or stun, and since the ability starts with a lightning bolt, it's obvious that it happened. It takes a total of 1.75 seconds to 2 seconds for the lightning bolts to come down, which deals all the damage. The best way to use this ability is to use your W so your enemies can't tell when or where the ult will go until it may be too late. The immunity is the best part of the ultimate, since it not only prevents your E from being cancelled, but your passive no longer stuns you. It only lasts three seconds, and one of those seconds you cannot move or use abilites, but if you catch someone, you can auto and e someone for massive amounts of damage without them being able to retaliate.
