April Fools

This idea was inspired by the reworked PBE splash art for the loading screen for Swain . For April Fools, Riot should change all the loading screen splash arts to troll/funny drawings of the champions on live servers. Some of the art could summited by Fans! I think that'd be hilarious, maybe Riot's done something like this before, but would like to see something like this.
