Seeking Tips For Playing Ekko

I'm Silver 2 and have been playing Ekko since his release date and I'd like to think I'm pretty good with him. Right now in Ranked, I currently have a 63% win ratio, but I want to get better. So if you have any tips on Ekko for his Laning, 1v1 Mechanics, Teamfighting, Builds...ETC, I would love to hear them, THANKS!

For Runes and Masteries I take: Magic Pen reds, Armor yellows, CDR per LVL blues (15% in total), and AP Quints Masteries is 12/18 with that 5% extra CDR thingy
