Looking for a friendly and skilled Duo parnter

I am in Elo hell right now due to bad teammates, trolls, AFK's and such. So I am looking for a skilled and friendly duo partner for ranked games. I am Bronze 3 but i play much better than Bronze, maybe silver 4 LVL. I main mid lane, so a top laner or jungler would be nice. I would also much prefer it if you were about Bronze 2 -- Silver 4.
