Can Shyvana have a Slow?

Yes yes; Shyvana's R is a gapcloser and knockback. However, you all heard the tale of the Clunky Dragon Hitbox After she R's, that's it. There is nothing else to get to them. You would have to heavily rely on your W, Chilling Smite, and the rare case of a Frozen Mallet. If it works, hurrah. If not, probably because you got kited or CC'd to the next dimension.

I mean a slow on the E is probably all I ask for. Just like a Skarner E except no stun proc.
