Hello poros and poros, this is a petition to make a champion! It can be anything but it has to be balanced (Not someone who gets 100 million ap from 1 health), it has to have some weaknesses and yeah.

I voted yes, but then regretted it. We'd do better to suggest an overall theme and role and have Riot come up with it.
